Restaurant Manager and Head sommelier:
I was born in Campania, after the hotel school I work in England, Sicily, Cortina and Siena, until the experience at the Rossellinis ** at the Palazzo Sasso Hotel. I obtain the diploma of sommelier, Master Class sommelier and official taster. I work in prestigious hotels, I write actively and I am constantly looking for excellent products from all over the world.
Chef de Rang:
After the school I start working in various hotels, to be back home in Ischia, my country of origin, where I work at the restaurant Il Mosaico** in the Terme Manzi hotel. Two years later I move to the Abruzzo region, in the restaurant Reale**, my last experience before the adventure here in Rome, at Il Pagliaccio**.
