In the new 50 Top Italy guide, curated by Barbara Guerra, Albert Sapere and Luciano Pignataro, we are at the position number 16 among the 50 best restaurants in the “over 120 €” category and we won the special Mulino Caputo award for Contemporary Pastry, which we dedicate to the memory of our Thierry Tostivint.
