Our chef Anthony Genovese led the young students of Massimiliano Alajmo’s Master of Italian Cuisine through the thought and cuisine of Il Pagliaccio Restaurant. On June 3, he was at Esac center in Creazzo for a cooking class as a “cultural expression”.
