Les Grandes Tables du Monde Guide 2020: Il Pagliaccio is…

On Monday 27th of January, the new 2020 Guide of Les Grandes Tables du Monde was presented in Paris, the historic French association that brings together the best restaurants in the world - 188 in 25 countries. A real honor to be alongside illustrious colleagues and great international professionals. A milestone achieved and, at the same time, a new starting point for our team.


50 Top Italy: 16th position and a special award

In the new 50 Top Italy guide, curated by Barbara Guerra, Albert Sapere and Luciano Pignataro, we are at the position number 16 among the 50 best restaurants in the "over 120 €" category and we won the special Mulino Caputo award for Contemporary Pastry, which we dedicate to the memory of our Thierry Tostivint.    


Il Pagliaccio is the Best Restaurant in Rome 2020

The new guide I Cento di Roma 2020 places Il Pagliaccio in the first position among the fifty best restaurants in the city - TOP section. Chef Anthony Genovese and his Il Pagliaccio won the title of "Best Restaurant in Rome 2020".

Summer Opening hours and Holidays

From July 16th to September 10th Il Pagliaccio will be open only for dinner service. We will be closed for Summer holidays from August 11th to September 2nd and we will reopen on September 3 for dinner.


Guest Chef July 2019: Anthony Genovese at Ikarus restaurant

From 29 June to 2 July, chef Anthony Genovese will be in Salzburg with Martin Klein and his team as guest chef at Ikarus restaurant inside HANGAR-7.
