Summer Opening hours and Holidays

From July 16th to September 10th Il Pagliaccio will be open only for dinner service. We will be closed for Summer holidays from August 11th to September 2nd and we will reopen on September 3 for dinner.


Guest Chef July 2019: Anthony Genovese at Ikarus restaurant

From 29 June to 2 July, chef Anthony Genovese will be in Salzburg with Martin Klein and his team as guest chef at Ikarus restaurant inside HANGAR-7.


TAOBUK 2019

On Sunday 23rd of June we will meet in Taormina at the TAOBUK Taormina book festival, the international literary festival. At 3.00 pm Anthony Genovese will be on the stage of Palazzo dei Congressi together with Andrea Berton to talk about “Creativity and rigor. Desire and reason."


At school with Anthony Genovese

Our chef Anthony Genovese led the young students of Massimiliano Alajmo's Master of Italian Cuisine through the thought and cuisine of Il Pagliaccio Restaurant. On June 3, he was at Esac center in Creazzo for a cooking class as a "cultural expression".
