At school with Anthony Genovese

Our chef Anthony Genovese led the young students of Massimiliano Alajmo's Master of Italian Cuisine through the thought and cuisine of Il Pagliaccio Restaurant. On June 3, he was at Esac center in Creazzo for a cooking class as a "cultural expression".

Diamoci un taglio 2019

On May 12, chef Anthony Genovese was at Grand Hotel Fasano in Gardone Riviera for Fish & Chef 2019, a gastronomic tour on Lake Garda that this year celebrates its 10th edition. For the 5th stop of the tour he brought a menu entirely inspired by the lake.

FIC: Ambassador of Italian Cuisine
