You can book a table 60 days in advance.
We inform our customers that the booking service run – by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of the platform interbank Stripe (/it stripe.com)- involves the insertion of a valid credit card number as guarantee the reservation. Therefore, at the time of booking you will not be taken any amount, and the information will be retained only to confirm the reservation. If the booking should result in a c.d. no-show of the interested party, finally with changes not previously communicated about the number of booked will be charged a sum of € 200 (two hundred / euro) for each person booked, and an invoice will be issued for the amount charged to the credit card.
For bookings of more than two people, the system directly charges the cost of the orme menu or € 180 per person as a group booking, which will then be deducted from the final bill.
In case of cancellation, communicated to us by writing an email at least 48 hours before the date of the booking, to the address: info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com, this amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. We are happy to welcome children five years and older to ensure a pleasant experience in a refined and quiet atmosphere for our guests. If you decide to bring children five years and under, we kindly ask you to inform us when you book your reservation and it will be up to the Restaurant’s discretion to accept or not so as to guarantee maximum respect for other diners.
In the event of subsequent modification of the reservation refers to the last modification date and the contract is deemed automatically renewed under the same conditions. For policies Resdiary and refer instead to Stripe the respective sites (https://stripe.com/it/terms).

We do not impose a dress code on guests in our restaurant, however
For lunch, we invite you to dress smart-casual, no shorts or bermuda are allowed.
For dinner we invite you to a smart casual dress, no t-shirt, polo shirt or bermuda are allowed.
Customers wearing all kind of shorts, flip flops, t-shirts or tennis shoes will not be admitted.
in case of non-compliance with the dress code, the table will be canceled and we will apply the policy by charging € 200 per person
Pet Policy
We will welcome small size dogs in our private dining room after the reservation’s office confirmation.
