Originally from Piedmont, Dalila finds great satisfaction in eliciting memories through her pastry creations, able to spectacularly conclude a dining experience at Il Pagliaccio.

She began her studies at CAST Alimenti, and thanks to encouragement from the master of pastry himself, Ignio Massari, the idea of pursuing a career as a pastry chef took root.

She honed her technique and style at various restaurants including Villa Crespi before she arrived at Restaurant Il Pagliaccio.
