Chef de Cuisine
Born in 1980, Francesco di Lorenzo is one of the pillars of Il Pagliaccio.
After receiving his degree from IPSAR in Praia a Mare he moved to Austria where he worked in the kitchen of Goldner Loewe. From 2004 to 2007 he acquired various work experiences at restaurants in Florence, Ravello and Scalea before he arrived at Il Pagliaccio. He currently serves as the sous chef of Anthony Genovese.
