Sous chef
Born in 1990 and raised in Rome, he first worked with internationally renowned chefs like Yannik Alleno, Alexandre Gauthier, Mikael Jonsson, Shinichi Sato, Alex Atala and Seiji Yamamoto before arriving at Il Pagliaccio in 2018. He currently works as Chef Anthony Genovese’s sous chef.
