Monday January 27th Les Grandes Tables du Monde presented their 2020 guide. The historic French association brings together the best restaurants in the world – 188 in 25 countries. It is a true honor to be included with such accomplished colleagues and great international professionals. A goal accomplished and also a new beginning, all at once.
