Terms
In order to book we kindly ask you to enter a valid credit card number as guarantee of the reservation.
Prepaid cards are not accepted when booking.
Card details will be registered and managed exclusively by Stripe.

An amount of 200€ per person will be charged for dinner reservations ranging from groups of 3 to 6 people; 150€ for lunch reservations ranging from groups of 3 to 6 people.
This amount will confirm the table and will be deducted from your final bill.
You’ll have up to 48 hours before your reservation to cancel it or change it without penalty
by sending an email to info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com
In the event of no shows or late cancellations you will be charged €200 on your credit card.
In the event of a reduction of the number of guests in your party with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged €200 for each cancelled cover.
Dress Code
We do not impose a dress code on guests in our restaurant, however.
For lunch, we invite you to dress smart-casual, no shorts or bermuda are allowed. For dinner we invite you to a smart casual dress, no t-shirt or bermuda are allowed.
Customers wearing Bermuda shorts, flip flops, t-shirts or tennis shoes will not be admitted.
Children
If you decide to bring children five years and under, we kindly ask you to inform us when you book your reservation and it will be up to the Restaurant’s discretion to accept or not so as to guarantee maximum respect for other diners.
Pet Policy
We will welcome small size dogs in our private dining room after the reservation’s office confirmation.

For reservations, vouchers or other information requested on Sunday and Monday (the days in which the restaurant is closed) Il Pagliaccio will respond the following Tuesday.
Reservation policy
We inform our customers that the booking service run – by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of the platform interbank Stripe (/it stripe.com)- involves the insertion of a valid credit card number as guarantee the reservation. Therefore, at the time of booking you will not be taken any amount, and the information will be retained only to confirm the reservation. If the booking should result in a c.d. no-show of the interested party, finally with changes not previously communicated about the number of booked will be charged a sum of € 200 (two hundred / euro) for each person booked, and an invoice will be issued for the amount charged to the credit card.
For bookings of more than two people, the system directly charges the cost of the orme menu or € 180 per person as a group booking, which will then be deducted from the final bill.
In case of cancellation, communicated to us by writing an email at least 48 hours before the date of the booking, to the address: info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com, this amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. We are happy to welcome children five years and older to ensure a pleasant experience in a refined and quiet atmosphere for our guests.
