Assistant Restaurant Manager
Born in 1989, she arrived at il Pagliaccio in 2018 with a wealth of experience honed in the Capital. She acquired her prowess and knowledge of fine dining through working side by side with Restaurant Manager Matteo Zappile, her mentor.
She became his assistant in January 2022. Today she is considered one of the pillars of Rome’s only 2-star Michelin restaurant.
