Anthony Genovese

I was born in France in 1968, from Italian parents. The love for my origins has always been with me along my career.
My travel starts in France, through England, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand. I reach Ravello and the Hotel Palazzo Sasso, at Rossellinis restaurant, where I get my first Michelin star. From Ravello to Rome it is a short step, in 2003 my adventure in the capital city begins, my creation takes shape… Il Pagliaccio.
