Anthony Genovese

I was born in France in 1968 to Calabrian parents, and the love of my roots still accompanies me along my career path.
My journey started in France, before moving across England, via Japan, Malaysia and Thailand.
I found myself working at the Rossellinis restaurant at Hotel Palazzo Sasso, where I got my first Michelin star.
The road from Ravello to Rome is very short and, in 2003, I began my adventure in the capital where my creation took shape…Il Pagliaccio.
