Dear Customer, to book an experience at our restaurant you need a credit card.
All bookings will be charged at 200€ per person in case of reservations for dinner, 150€ per person in case of booking for lunch. The amount will be deducted from the final bill.
For reservations of the Parallels private room the cost is 300 € per person, cost of the menu.
Within 48 hours prior to the date chosen for the reservation it is possible to modify, cancel or move the reservation with consequent modification or refund of the sum spent, only and only by email: info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com
For lunch, we invite our guests to have a smart-casual look. For dinner, we invite you to have a casual-elegant look. Shorts, flip-flops, t-shirts or sneakers will not be accepted.
• Children
We gladly welcome children over the age of 5, to ensure respect for the well-being of other guests as well, in order to ensure a pleasant experience for all in an environment of refined quiet. If you would like to bring children under 5 with you, we ask that you notify us of their presence when making your reservation and the restaurant will decide whether to accept them, to ensure the utmost care in respecting other guests.
• Pets
Small dogs will be welcome only in private room after receiving confirmation from the reservation office.
We inform our customers that the booking service run – by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of the platform interbank Stripe (/it stripe.com)- involves the insertion of a valid credit card number as guarantee the reservation. Therefore, at the time of booking you will not be taken any amount, and the information will be retained only to confirm the reservation. If the booking should result in a c.d. no-show of the interested party, or the clients show up in clothes or attitude not in lines with our culture or changes not previously communicated about the number of booked will be charged a sum of € 200 (two hundred / euro) for each person booked, and an invoice will be issued for the amount charged to the credit card. For bookings of more than two people, the system directly charges the cost of the menu per person as a group booking, which will then be deducted from the final bill. In case of cancellation, communicate to us by writing an email at least 48 hours before the date of the booking, to the address: info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com. In this case, the amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. Ristorante il Pagliaccio is not liable for any malfunctions/data loss/security flaws of the third party proprietary platforms used to manage the online reservation service.
